You are responsible for renewing your domain before its expiration date. We are not responsible for loss of a domain resulting from late renewal, incorrect information, failed payments, or registry actions. Domain names may be suspended, cancelled, locked, or transferred where required by law, registry policies, dispute-resolution procedures, security requirements, or violations of our terms. Registrar Registrant Agreement for Domain Names

Customer Agreement for Web Services
By purchasing or using web design, development, hosting, maintenance, or related services from Satisfaction Infotech, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and our service terms. Services, fees, timelines, and deliverables will be based on the agreed proposal or order. Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delays in providing content, approvals, or required information may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, and materials supplied to us are legally authorized for use. Satisfaction Infotech is not responsible for third-party content or materials provided by the customer. We may suspend services for non-payment, misuse, security risks, or violation of applicable laws or our terms. Service availability may also depend on third-party hosting, domain, software, or other providers. By using our web services, you acknowledge and accept this Customer Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Satisfaction Infotech reserves the right to update this Agreement when necessary.
Customer Agreement for Digital Certificates
By purchasing or using digital certificate services through Satisfaction Infotech, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and comply with all applicable laws, certificate authority (CA) policies, and verification requirements. Digital certificates are issued subject to successful verification and approval by the applicable Certificate Authority. Satisfaction Infotech does not guarantee certificate issuance where verification requirements are not met. You are responsible for protecting your certificate, private keys, passwords, and account credentials and for using the certificate only for lawful purposes. You must promptly report any suspected compromise, loss, or unauthorized use. Certificates may be suspended or revoked in accordance with the applicable CA policies, security requirements, or legal obligations. By using our digital certificate services, you acknowledge and accept this Customer Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable Certificate Authority terms. Satisfaction Infotech reserves the right to update this Agreement when necessary.
Customer Hosting Product Agreement
By purchasing or using hosting services from Satisfaction Infotech, you agree to use our hosting services in compliance with applicable laws, our Terms of Service, and fair-usage requirements. Unlimited Storage is provided for legitimate website and business-related content under a fair-usage policy. We do not impose arbitrary restrictions on normal website files, databases, media, or other content required to operate your website. However, the unlimited storage facility must not be used for video/audio streaming, file-sharing, backups, file dumping, storage of unnecessary or unrelated files, or as a general-purpose file storage service. Any account found to be substantially using hosting resources for streaming, dumping unnecessary files, or other activities unrelated to normal website hosting may be suspended or terminated by Satisfaction Infotech. We may also take appropriate action where usage negatively affects server performance, security, or other customers. Customers are responsible for timely payments, account security, website content, and maintaining appropriate backups of their data. By using our hosting services, you acknowledge and accept this Customer Hosting Product Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable fair-usage requirements. Satisfaction Infotech reserves the right to update this Agreement when necessary.
Customer Agreement for Themes, Plugins, Logos
By purchasing or using themes, plugins, logos, graphics, or other digital assets from Satisfaction Infotech, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable license and service terms. Themes and plugins are provided subject to their respective licenses. Customers may not resell, redistribute, copy, sublicense, or share licensed products unless expressly permitted by the applicable license. Logos and custom designs created by Satisfaction Infotech may be used by the customer for the agreed business or project purposes after payment, subject to any agreed intellectual property or licensing terms. Third-party fonts, images, plugins, themes, or other assets remain subject to their respective owners' licenses. Satisfaction Infotech does not guarantee that third-party products will remain compatible with future software, browser, CMS, or platform updates. By purchasing or using these products or services, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Satisfaction Infotech reserves the right to update this Agreement when necessary.
